Your confidant informs us about your passing via telephone (+43/680/1248651), text message (+43/680/1248651) or email (office [at] skyletter [dot] at). Together with your payment form you receive an emergency card for your confidant, with the contact data of skyletter, the information text, your name, and the telephone number of your confidant.

As soon as we have been informed about your passing by your confidant, we send you a text message and an email telling you about having been informed about your passing by your confidant. We also call back your confidant to confirm the information of your passing. Should the information of your passing not be revoked within 24 hours, we assume that this information is correct.
